Freed Formats Traveling Exhibition

I am grateful to have been included in Freed Formats: the book reconsidered, a traveling book arts exhibition in Connecticut and New York between March–October, 2019. The show features 53 international and US artists working with the book format. Two of my beaten bark paper pieces will be on display during the exhibition: Coded Codex and Codices Yaxitos. The first stop of the exhibition will be in Connecticut. Freed Formats opens simultaneously at the Ridgefield Guild of Artists in Ridgefield, CT and The Mark Twain Library in West Redding, CT on March 30, 2019, and runs through April 28, 2019. More venue dates can be viewed below.

Thanks to all the participating venues and to co-curators Alice Walsh and Chris Perry for all of their hard work organizing this exhibition.
